   Yes! We will pick up your laptop in various areas throughout the Madison, WI area. Or you can simply ship us the laptop in a free DAWWGY BOX that we will ship to you. We can either mail you a check or credit your PayPal account once the laptop is received.
   
   
4. I don’t have the power cable or CD’s it came with can I still sell LapDawgs my

   Yes! If you do have these items we will pay more for your laptop, however if they’re
   missing we can always work something out.
   
   
5. My laptop is old or broken can I still sell it to LapDawgs?
   
   Yes! We specialize in old and broken laptops.
   
   
6. Will you repair or upgrade my laptop for a fee?
   
   Sorry, but at this time we do not offer repair services.
   
   
7. I want to sell my laptop but I’m scared my data won’t be secure.
   
   At Lapdawgs data security is our number one concern.  We have low level data formatting
   software that effectively erases (or "nukes") all information on the hard drive. All traces of personal information is completely shredded. We can email you photos of your laptop screen during the format process if you would like. We also have a program we will send
   to you free of charge on floppy disk or cd. It's a super simple step by step program that will low level format your laptop as you watch. Another option is to completely remove the hard drive from your laptop. We can help you with that. You can use it as a paper weight, run it over with your car, or even tap dance on it to destroy it yourself! (This last option results in less CASH for your laptop, however).
   
   
8. What will happen to my used or broken laptop after I sell it to LapDawgs?
   
   Some laptops we are able to refurbish using parts from other units that we have
   acquired. These are either re-sold or donated to charitable or needy organizations.
   Our main goal is to keep old and broken laptops out of the landfills where they can
   cause harm to our environment.
   
   
9. I don't know the specs on my laptop, how can I complete the on-line quote form?
   
   It's easy! Just boot up your laptop and go to START (lower left) and RIGHT CLICK (not Left click) on MY COMPUTER. Select PROPERTIES from the list and "Walla"you'll get most of the info you need. Also the model number of your used or broken laptop should be on the
   underside of the case.
